Clean hotel, excellent staff, good location to Genting Highlands. Had big size and brand-new room with a jacuzzi for a fine stay for a night. A lot of nice food at breakfast time. Location very close to the garden, restaurant nearby the resort, and jungle and mountains. Also, easy to get to Kolam Air Panas Bentong.

We had a great stay at Erya By Suria Hot Spring Bentong. the café was good for breakfasts, and we liked the rooms with 2 queen size beds. the hotel is in a particularly good location within the Grab coverage area.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful location, away from all the tourist attractions and perfect for a budget traveller. There is a restaurant nearby so one doesn't have to worry about dinner. Not too far from KL city centre. Rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hot water and cold water pools are enjoyable.

The breakfast was terrible with limited choices and dirty glasses.
